Our Products
We provide high quality products. However, products received may differ slightly; the measurements and colors from the photo displayed in this site due to lighting adjustment during photo capture or different monitor settings.
Payment
Payment must be made within 2-3 days of receiving the order invoice. Late payment may cause item to be released to the next interested buyer in the case of limited stocks. However, for orders made on the final few days before the closing, we would request that payment be made immediately to secure your order.
Exchange/Refunds
All items are non-exchangeable after purchase. We will of course make sure to check all items before posting them out to ensure your satisfaction.
In any case of defects, do notify us within 1-2 days of receiving your item and provide us with the close up photos of the defects. In order to allow for refunds, the item must still be in its original condition (not washed or worn).
In the event where items ordered are out of stock, we will make a full refund.
No cancellations should be made after confirmation of orders.
